So glad and grateful that we found Funeral Livestream. Dave was incredibly compassionate and prompt from the very first conversation. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The technician on the day, Pablo, was so professional, discreet and respectful, working seamlessly with the celebrant, to make sure everything was perfect. It was such a relief to know that Mum's sisters in the UK and friends all around the world could be a part of celebrating her life. The video and sound quality was amazing and watching the livestream allowed distant family and friends to feel like they were in the room, witnessing all the intimate moments. Dave at Funeral Livestream was such a blessing in a very difficult situation. He was professional, compassionate and so easy to work with. I had planned on trying to livestream myself but thank goodness I went with Dave. He arrived an hour before the service, set everything up without any trouble, he had 2 amazing cameras, the photo slideshow and videos were played directly into the livestream (rather than through the camera) and the livestream website was so professional and is active for 6 months.
